SHIPPING FEE

*Standard shipping to Africa is $15.

*Standard shipping to Asia is $15. 

*Standard shipping to Canada and Mexico is $15.

*Standard shipping to the Europe is 89SEK (8 EUR).

*Standard shipping to South America is  $15.

*Standard shipping to Sweden is 49SEK.

*Standard shipping to USA is $8.

Delivery time

(Packages may experience delays during busier seasons like Black Friday, and the Christmas season)

*Delivery time to Africa is 7-15 days.

*Delivery time to Asia is 7-15 days. 

*Delivery time to Europe is 3-8 days.

*Delivery time to North America is 5-11 days. 

*Delivery time to South America is 7-15 days. 

*Delivery time to Sweden is 1-3 days.

*Delivery time to USA is 5-11 days.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION 

After you've placed your order, you'll first receive an order confirmation. When your order is ready to be shipped (usually within 24 hours), you'll receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking number sent to the email address you provided at checkout. So, make sure to double-check that the delivery address is correct, or your order may be delayed, shipped to the wrong address, or even sent back to us.

DELIVERY

We will pack your order within 24 hours of receiving it (Monday through Friday) and usually, your package will be sent with PostNord and delivered straight to your door or to a local service point. However, it may also be sent to your nearest post office for pickup.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Sweden 1-3 working days 
  • Norway, Denmark, Finland 1-5 working days
  • United Kingdom: 3-8 working days.
  • Within the EU: 3-8 working days.
  • Outside the EU: Delivery times may vary depending on the country, but you can track your package using the link we'll provide in the delivery confirmation. But anywhere from 5-15 days.

PAYMENT 

All prices are inclusive of VAT and depending on your chosen method of delivery and payment, there may be additional costs. But no need to worry, all information regarding prices, delivery terms, and payment options will be clearly displayed at checkout. And before you confirm your order, you'll see the total amount that you'll need to pay.

CAMPAIGNS AND DISCOUNTS

From time to time, we may offer campaigns and price reductions which can be applied to the product or by using a discount code found on our website. But just keep in mind that these campaigns and offers are valid while supplies last or until the specified end date.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestor, Union Pay and American Express for online purchases. The amount to be paid will be reserved on your card but will only be debited when your products are shipped. We reserve the right to verify the payment card's validity, the availability of sufficient funds to cover the value of the order.

KLARNA 

We also use Klarna, which provides three payment methods: Pay now, Pay later, and Slice it.
