However, we understand that you may need to return or exchange your order, and we are happy to accommodate such requests on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.

For our DURAGS, we offer a 30-day return policy, as long as no tags have been removed.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

- For weaves you can use this hair up to 3-5 times.

- For everyday wig you can use this hair for up to 1 year

- Ponytails worn regularly can last for more than a year.

Remember to be gentle with your extensions to ensure they last as long as possible.

Shedding is normal for hair extensions, but we strive to minimize it as much as possible. To help prevent excessive shedding, we recommend not cutting the weft and being gentle when detangling your extensions.

We also recommend combing your extensions while they are wet and using a detangling conditioner or detangling leave-in conditioner with amazing slip to make the process effortless. If the weft is cut, shedding may increase, so please ask your hair stylist to avoid cutting the weft during installation. With proper care, our hair extensions can last for a long time.

Akena Hair can be straightened and curled. However, please be mindful that excessive heat can damage and cause breakage to the hair, just like your own natural hair.

To prevent damage, use a heat protectant before applying any heat styling tools. We suggest using the tools at a temperature no higher than 204°C.

For a full head install with Akena Hair Extensions, we recommend using at least 2 packs of wefts. If you're after a fuller, more voluminous look, we suggest opting for 3 packs. For hair lengths longer than 40 cm, 3 packs may be required, and for lengths of 70 cm or more, 4 packs may be necessary.

It's important to note that the longer the hair, the shorter the wefts. So, keep this in mind when selecting your wefts.

WASHING/CONDITIONING
